CareLinky is building the most complete verified doctor directory in India, and a directory is only useful when the good doctors are on it. - Do patients book through you? Do you control my schedule?
- No. CareLinky is a discovery platform. Patients see your profile and contact you on the number or email shown. You and your team confirm appointments exactly as you do today. We never hold your calendar.
- Will patients get my personal mobile number?
- Only if you choose to add it. Most doctors display the clinic reception number and clinic email address instead.
- How long does verification take?
- Within 24 working hours. We check your MCI or State Council registration, qualifications, and clinic details, then publish your profile with the Verified badge.
- Will my profile show up on Google?
- Yes. CareLinky profiles are search-optimised and indexed by Google, so searches like “cardiologist in Pune” can surface your profile.
- Can anyone post a fake review about me?
- No. Every review is checked by our moderation team before it appears on your profile, and you can see all of them in your dashboard. If a review is fake or abusive, tell us and we take it down.
- I already have a clinic website. Why do I need this?
- A website is found by people who already know your name. CareLinky is found by people searching for your speciality in your city — patients who do not know you yet. The two do different jobs, and your CareLinky profile can link to your site.
- Can I edit or remove my listing later?
- Yes. You control your profile from your dashboard, can update any detail at any time, and can ask for the listing to be removed whenever you wish.
